His story

“My journey with dentistry was not a traditional one. I started in a different field, but I had a clear goal and a strong belief that I could get where I wanted to be. I took on a hard academic challenge, and I had to reach the highest level to open a new door for myself. Thank God, with commitment and constant work, I reached that goal and began my path in dentistry. Since that day I have believed that success does not come by chance, and a real smile starts with determination and confidence.”
That different field was dental technology: a diploma in Baghdad from 1990 to 1992, in the laboratory where crowns, bridges and dentures are made. He then earned his Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Baghdad in 1997, graduating 14th of 256.
Prosthodontics, the specialty of rebuilding teeth and smiles, followed: an MSc at Jordan University of Science and Technology, the Jordanian Board, then implant training with the AAID MaxiCourse®, the University of the Western Cape and the University of Toronto. In his words: “every smile carries a story, and our role is to restore confidence, not just teeth.”
